Summit’s architectural historians are experienced in a wide variety of architectural history projects, ranging from individual structure reviews to neighborhood and corridor studies.  Our staff has conducted numerous projects involving research on and evaluation of houses, commercial buildings, farmsteads, industrial complexes, mining landscapes, railroads, schools, federal buildings and post offices, and parks.  With this experience and knowledge, our architectural history staff guides clients through the identification, evaluation, and if necessary, mitigation of effects to historic properties.
