GROUNDWATER MONITORING
Groundwater resources, once taken for granted, are now a stringently
managed commodity. With increasing regulatory pressures to protect
these vital resources, Summit designs and manages the installation
of groundwater monitoring systems, collects appropriate groundwater
samples, assesses aquifer characteristics, defines areas of groundwater
contamination, and locates and evaluates potential pollution sources.
Summit professionals are experienced in the collection of groundwater
monitoring data and samples consistent with National Groundwater
Association and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency guidelines
using state-of-the-art measuring and sampling equipment.
