Summit has provided a depth of scientific, engineering and IT consulting support to Federal, State and Local Agencies, governmental institutions and Native American tribes located throughout the Midwest and across the U.S. Summit’s growth and diversification has resulted from the addition of talented, expert professionals with broad-based training, education, and applied knowledge and experience to complete the many facets of an evaluation or remedial effort. While we are a small business (primary NAICS codes 541330, 541360, 541620, 562910), we employee several staff who have held positions of significant responsibility within other organ-izations and have extensive Federal, State, Local and tribal program management experience. Summit continues to experience growth and expansion through strategic partnering and successful collaboration on projects with other firms, and through contract awards with major clients. Summit’s most recent win is a 5-year National Brownfields Contract with EPA HQ. Our firm is continuing expand its relationship with federal agencies in three primary service areas: cultural resources/archeology, aquifer resource management and watershed management planning; subsurface investigations and due diligence pro-perty assessments, and data management and visualization (including GIS database development).

3. Summary of Summit’s Experience with State and Public Agencies
The work that Summit has completed for state agencies includes serving as a State of Minnesota Environmental Response contractor responsible for assessing health and safety risks at uncontrolled petroleum and hazardous waste spill release sites. Summit has been providing cultural resource archeology and management support for Minnesota DOT in support of road construction projects Statewide. We have also provided water resources management services to universities and institutions, and environmental remediation services at St. Parks in the Midwest and the southwestern U.S. Representative experience follows.
