Can State and Local Governments use GSA Advantage?
State and local agencies may browse GSA Advantage anytime. This includes, but is not limited to: states, counties, municipalities, cities, towns, townships, tribal governments, public authorities, school districts, colleges and other institutions of higher education, councils of government and regional or interstate government entities. What is e-Buy and when should I use it?
GSA's has simplified the acquisition process through the development of e-Buy, an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ) system that can be accessed through GSA Advantage. With e-Buy,Federal buyers can prepare Requests for Quotations (RFQs) directly on-line, for a wide range of services and products offered through GSA's MAS program. Once the Federal buyer issues the RFQ to Summit, we respond on-line providing an easy way for buyers to obtain the best value services we offer. e-Buy can be accessed through GSA Advantage or via www.ebuy.gsa.gov.
